A legend tells that a long time ago, monsters could give the ability to certain elected officials to master the five elements. But for that, you have to go through the dangerous foggy mountains…

So here we follow the adventures of one of these elected officials.

Five Elements in the Misty Mountain (雾山五行; Wu Shan Wu Xing) is an original Chinese anime (ONA) by Samsara Studio, co-produced by Nice Boat Animation.

Its first season was to begin releasing in 2019 but this did not occur, as a result , it is now scheduled to release it’s first three episodes in 2020, with later episodes coming out irregularly due to the small size of the studio.

It appears to be set in ancient China and is based around the Five Elements.
